Erik is passionate about helping men become the husbands, fathers, and leaders God created them to be. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in ministry, coaching, and business, he has spent decades mentoring men through life's challenges, helping them grow in character, integrity, and emotional health.

As an ordained pastor, marriage mentor, and trauma-informed coach, Erik has walked alongside hundreds of men seeking freedom from pornography, unwanted sexual behaviors, addiction, shame, and negative self-worth. Rather than simply addressing behaviors, he helps men uncover the deeper wounds and unmet needs driving unhealthy patterns — guiding them toward lasting healing, spiritual maturity, and authentic transformation.

Erik is known for his calm, relatable, and direct approach. He creates a safe space where men can be honest without fear of condemnation, while being challenged to pursue accountability, ownership, and growth. He believes real change happens when grace and truth work together — and that every man has the capacity to become a man of integrity, purpose, and lasting impact.

Whether mentoring one-on-one, coaching couples, leading groups, or speaking to audiences, Erik equips people with practical tools, biblical wisdom, and actionable strategies for healthy relationships, emotional resilience, and Christ-centered leadership. His collaborative, curious approach helps people move beyond surface-level fixes to experience genuine freedom and lasting change.

Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Logistics and is SYMBIS Pre-Marital Certified. He has also received specialized training in Pastoral Care, Porn/Sexual Addiction Recovery, Full Disclosure, and Partner & Relational Trauma Recovery.
