Together they bring more than 25 years of leadership in ministry, coaching, and business, and hundreds of hours walking couples through betrayal, addiction, trauma, and the seasons of marriage nobody talks about from the stage. Both are ordained pastors, SYMBIS Pre-Marital Certified, and trauma-informed coaches with specialized training in Porn/Sexual Addiction Recovery, Full Disclosure, and Partner & Relational Trauma Recovery.

What makes them different is how they work: as a team. Erik walks with the men — helping them get underneath the behaviors to the wounds driving them, and challenging them toward ownership, integrity, and lasting change. Diana walks with the women — creating a safe, grace-filled space for wives navigating betrayal trauma to be seen, heard, and guided from survival to true freedom. Then they bring couples back together, so both people are healing at the same time instead of one waiting on the other.

Every session blends grace and truth: empathetic listening, practical tools, biblical wisdom, and a loving challenge to grow.
